1. Acceptance of terms

By buying a Limmi device, using the Limmi app, or subscribing to a Limmi plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What you are buying

Limmi is a physical device together with a companion app. The device marks out a space; the app decides which apps are blocked in it. Both are required — the app does nothing without a device in the room.

The app is currently available for iOS only. Android is not yet available, and ordering is not open for it.

3. Prices and payment

There are two ways to buy, both including the device:

• Limmi Annual — free for the first 14 days, then £35.95 per year.
• Lifetime Access — £49.95 once, with no recurring charges.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your card details. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.

4. The 14-day free trial

The Limmi Annual plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You pay only shipping to start it.

Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged the annual fee. To cancel, email info@limmiapp.com before the 14 days are up.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

If you do not cancel during the trial, the Limmi Annual plan renews automatically at £35.95 per year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the period already paid for, except where section 7 or your statutory rights apply.

Lifetime Access does not renew and is not billed again.

6. Shipping and dispatch

UK shipping is £4.95 on the Limmi Annual plan and free with Lifetime Access. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

7. Returns and the money-back guarantee

Limmi comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your device and we will refund you.

Returns are free. Email info@limmiapp.com to arrange one — do not send a device back without contacting us first, so we can confirm the return and make sure your refund is matched to it.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. In particular, UK consumers buying at distance have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 covering goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

The 30-day guarantee in section 7 is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.

9. Use of service

You may use Limmi in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your account and device security, and for the rules you configure on devices you manage.

10. Disclaimers

Limmi is a tool for building habits, not a security or supervision product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and blocking depends on the operating system features the app relies on.

Beyond your statutory rights described in section 8, the service is provided without further warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your statutory rights, Attention Holdings Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
